Playing along with Casology today, and having a bit of a Stampin Up! moment. Started with a Crumb Cake base, and grunged it up a teensy bit with Soft Suede ink and the Gorgeous Grunge inksplots and lines, and the postmark from Butterfly Basics. Torn vellum underneath a piece of Whisper White stamped with Hardwood using Soft Sky ink.
The focal point is from Basic Blend (retired) colored using copics. The hearts are a little heart punch, colored with copics and covered liberally with Crystal Effects. The sentiment, from Yippee-Skippee (retired) is stamped in Early Espresso directly onto the woodgrain element.
I usually use lots of foam tape to add dimension to my cards, but this time I just adhered everything on top of each other. Happy with the layers, and certainly can’t argue with the sentiment!
Hope you’re having a marvellous Monday!
Karyn

What a lovely card! The torn vellum makes the card soft and vivid. love the kraft color of the cardbase too.
